Welcome to the Resettlement Passport, a course designed for people who are preparing for their first tenancy. The online course is divided into 10 units, each focusing on an area key to setting up or managing a home.

We are is now trialing the scheme amongst applicants aged 18 to 24 who wish to join our Housing Register.
The Resettlement Passport provides an opportunity for applicants to demonstrate that they have an understanding of managing a home and the responsibilities of holding a tenancy. Participants will be required to complete all 10 Units of the Resettlement Passport before they are able to bid for properties.
