Welcome to West Lancs HomeFinder, the way to find and rent a home from West Lancashire Borough Council, Registered Providers of Social Housing and Accredited Private Landlords. We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each week.
These eight homes are one bedroom flats. Four flats are ground floor and the other four are first floor. The attractive, energy efficient properties have gas central heating, each flat has its own parking space and each pair of flats has a shared outside space.You can register your interest in these properties by logging in to your application and placing a bid.

If you want to apply to rent a home from the Council using HomeFinder, you need to be on the housing register. If you are on the housing register you will automatically be registered for HomeFinder.

From 1 April 2013, the way in which Housing Benefit is calculated changed. The rules take into account how many bedrooms you need, compared to how many bedrooms the property has. The council now advertises garages on HomeFinder. If you are interested in renting one, you do not need to be a council tenant just complete a garage application by using the Online Application now.
